Military Channel Earns Its Stars with Record Audiences

For the past two weeks, Military Channel has experienced some of its best audience numbers in network history. The week ending May 31 exceeded previous average delivery records for primetime among key demos including P25-54 and P18-49, as well as total day among P18-49, M18-49 and M25-54. This success was a result of strong programming all week including Memorial Day's world premiere of FEATS OF VALOR, which marked the holiday by sharing three courageous stories of Medal of Honor recipients.

Last week, Military Channel again wrapped up a record-breaking week with new highs in primetime average delivery among HH and P2+. Premiere episodes of ULTIMATE WEAPONS continue to contribute to the increased weekly audiences, as does Friday night's line-up dedicated to historical documentaries like AMERICAN ARSENAL.

On Saturday, June 6, the 65th anniversary of the storming of the beaches of Normandy, Military Channel marked the solemn occasion with a stack of World War II programming capped off with the premiere of COLOR OF WAR: D-DAY. Saturday's full line-up of programming resonated with audiences and produced the best day ever for the Military Channel in primetime and total day average delivery for HH, P2+ and M25-54.
